You can view your remaining data percentage on the FordPass®* App or on your SYNC® 4 or SYNC 4A screen.

Using the FordPass App
To view your Wi-Fi Hotspot data usage in the FordPass App:
- Ensure you have a vehicle added to your account.
- Confirm your FordPass Connect modem is activated.
- Open the FordPass App.
- Tap the Vehicle screen.
- Select Features & Settings.
- Tap Wi-Fi Hotspot.
FordPass will display:
- Your data plan type.
- Approximate data usage.
- The data expiration date.
Notes:
- If you select Manage My Account, it will route you to the Vodafone website.
- If you select Wi-Fi Settings, you can edit the Wi-Fi password and name.
If you experience issues, contact a Guide using the Account > Help options in FordPass.
Using your SYNC 4 or SYNC 4A Screen
To view your Wi-Fi Hotspot data usage on your SYNC screen:
- Ensure you are inside your vehicle, it remains on, running, in Park (P), and located in a well-ventilated area.
- Select the Home icon.
- Tap on Vehicle Hotspot.
- Select Data Usage.
The Data Usage section on SYNC 4 or SYNC 4A will display:
- Your data plan type.
- Approximate data usage.
- The data expiration date.
- The Refresh button to reload all Wi-Fi information.
- Low data warnings at 75%, 90%, and 100% usage.
