You can chat or call a Guide using your FordPass^®* App or by calling the support line. FordPass Guides are available: Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 8:30 p.m. (closed on Sunday).

Contacting Help in the FordPass App

To contact support in the FordPass App:

1. Log in to the FordPass App.
2. Go to the Account screen.
3. Select Contact Help.
4. Tap the Call option to reach a Guide.
