Editing Your FordPass Profile
Select your FordPass App experience below for steps on how to edit your name, address, phone number, and other details in FordPass.
FordPass App 5.X Experience
To update your account information in FordPass:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Tap Account Information.
- Adjust the details as needed.
- Tap Save.
- Select the Back Arrow to exit the screen.
FordPass App 4.X Experience
To update your account information in FordPass:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Account Information.
- Select Edit.
- Adjust the details as needed.
- Tap Save.
- Select the Back Arrow to exit the screen.
