Removing a Vehicle from a Ford/Lincoln Account
Customers may ask for assistance with deleting a vehicle from the FordPass App or the Ford Owner online account.
FordPass Guides Team Handling
Choose from the options below based on the customer's needs.
FordPass App
Advise the member to:
- Identify the vehicle you want to remove from the garage.
Note: If there are multiple vehicles, swipe left or right until the desired vehicle is reached.

Tap Vehicle Details.

Scroll down and tap Remove Vehicle.

Select Remove Vehicle on the pop-up message.
There will not be a screen for vehicle removal confirmation, only an error message if you are unable to remove the vehicle.
Ford Owner Online Account
Advise the customer:
- Log in to your market-specific Ford support site.
- Click the Profile icon at the top right of the screen.
- Select the Vehicle Dashboard.
- Choose the vehicle you wish to remove.
- Select <Your Name's> Account from the Profile icon dropdown at the top right of the screen.
- Select Remove vehicle.
- Select Confirm.
