You can confirm your app version on the Account screen of FordPass®* using the steps below.
Note: To ensure you have the latest version of the app installed, search for FordPass in your respective device app store and select update if the option appears. If the option to Open, Launch, or Run appear, you have the latest app version available for your device.
Confirming Your FordPass App Version
To check your FordPass app version, select the drop-down option with your current app experience below for more details.
FordPass 5.X Experience
To confirm your FordPass app version:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
The app version will appear just below the "Log out" link.
FordPass 4.X Experience
To confirm your FordPass app version:
- Log in to the FordPass App.
- Go to the Account screen.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to the very bottom of the page.
The app version will appear just above the navigation bar.
