I can't find any available subscriptions in my Ford Account, what do I do?
Make sure you have an active Ford Account with the FordPass™ App** downloaded on your smartphone. Make sure you have also activated FordPass Connect* in your vehicle.
If you have already taken these steps, you may need to select the correct vehicle in your Ford Account. If the problem still persists, you can use the FordPass app to talk to a FordPass Guide under the 'Help' section where you can either Live Chat or call them.
1- *FordPass Connect enables connected services and is available on selected vehicles or vehicles with navigation. FordPass Connect will be enabled at time of vehicle delivery.
