How do I reprocess my BlueOval™ Charge Network payment?
If your payment declines, you can reprocess your payment using the FordPass App®* or the Ford website.
Reprocessing Payment Options
Select one of the support options below for instructions:
Using the FordPass App
To reprocess your payment using FordPass:
- Open the FordPass App.
- Navigate to the Account screen.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Tap Reprocess Payment.
- Select Retry Payment.
- Tap Pay Now.
Note: A payment confirmation screen should appear.
- Tap Okay to exit.
When the payment has been reprocessed, you will receive an account reinstatement email notification.
Using the Ford Website
To reprocess your payment using the Ford website:
- Log in to your online Ford account.
- Click on Wallet from the Manage Account page.
- Select Reprocess Payment.
- Tap Pay Now.
When the payment has been reprocessed, you will receive an account reinstatement email notification.
