Ford Telematics™ - Vehicle Health
Vehicle Health assists you to track and respond to fleet service and maintenance needs.
At the top left of the Health page (under Vehicles), you can quickly search for anything that is visible in the table below. You can also filter by tags your fleet has created or by category:

The table beneath provides vehicle health details on individual vehicles. Users can sort on any column, using the up/down arrows. Clicking the cog icon on the right-hand side allows you to configure which of the non-vehicle health-related columns you want to see. Configurable columns include:
- VIN
- Make
- Model
- Engine status
- Odometer
- Oil Life Remaining
- Engine Hours
- Engine Hours to Service
- Distance to Service
- Time to Service
Some maintenance service notifications are telematics-generated. Some notifications, such as a dented driver’s door can be reported via the Ford Telematics™ Drive app, and others, such as proactive routine maintenance, are based on user input or a pre-determined service interval, set by the system Administrator.
On the Vehicle Health page list view, issues of several different types can be displayed if relevant, e.g. service due reminders, warning or malfunction lights, Diagnostic Trouble (fault) codes, driver reported issues. If a vehicle has multiple issues, the number of issues is displayed. Users can then click the dark grey arrow to display the list of issues. Any issue with a blue hyperlink can be clicked on to reveal more details about that issue.
The list also displays how many of the issues have been booked for service. The fleet manager enters appointment information manually to track appointments. Ford Telematics™ does not automatically schedule service appointments with a dealership or repair facility. To expand the view and see individual issues, click on the dark grey triangle next to the number of issues.
The information displayed on the table can be downloaded using the Export CSV button in the top right.
