One-Touch Power Windows

Your vehicle may be equipped with a feature that allows you to open or close your windows all the way without having to hold the button down.

To open the windows with one touch:

• Fully press the control and release it. Press again or lift it to stop the window.

To close the windows with one touch:

• Fully lift the control and release it. Press again or lift it to stop the window.

 

Bounce-Back

The window automatically stops and reverses if it detects an obstruction.

To override the bounce back feature:

1. Close the window until it reaches the point of resistance and let it reverse.

1. Lift the control within two seconds to override the feature and close the window.Bounce-back is now disabled and you can close the window manually.The window goes past the point of resistance and you can fully close it.

 

Restting Bounce Back

The bounce-back feature will remain turned off until you reset the memory. 

To reset the memory:

1. Close the window.

1. Press and hold the switch until the window is fully open. Keep the switch fully pressed for a few seconds.

1. Lift and hold the switch until the window is fully closed.Keep the switch held for a few seconds.

1. Press and hold the switch until the window is fully open. Keep the switch fully pressed for a few seconds.

1. Lift and hold the switch until the window is fully closed.Keep the switch held for a few seconds.

The above steps must be carried out within 30 seconds of starting the sequence.
