How do I Deactivate or Activate Keyless Entry?

To switch keyless entry on or off, use the information display controls on the steering wheel to select the following:

1. Using the instrument cluster controls on the steering wheel, select Settings.
2. Go to Vehicle Settings > Press the OK button.
3. Go to Locks > Press the OK button.
4. Switch Intelligent Access on or off.

Instructions for vehicles with SYNC 4

1. With the admin key in the vehicle, fully press the brake pedal and press the push button start.
2.  Press the button on the touchscreen.
3. Press Vehicle.
4. Press Locks.
5. Press and hold the OK button until the system reset confirmation appears.

Deactivated Passive Keys

The system deactivates passive keys left inside your vehicle when you lock it. You cannot switch the ignition on using a deactivated passive key. Press the unlock button on the remote control to reactivate a passive key.
