Why am I getting an error on Ford Data Use?

If you received an error message when attempting to update your Vehicle, Location, and Driving Data Use, it is important to note that your answers must be the same.

If you select Yes for one option and No for another, you will receive the Something went wrong error message. For example, when selecting Yes for Share My Vehicle and Driving Data, you must also select Yes for Share My Vehicle Location Data.
