How do I delete messages in the FordPass® Message Centre?
If both your Account tab and Message Centre tab have dot indicators, this means you have a new message in the app.
To delete a single message:
- Navigate to the Account landing page.
- Select Message Centre.
- Swipe to the left on the message you want to delete.
- Select Delete.
- The message will be removed.
Note: You can also open the message and select Delete.
To delete multiple messages:
- Navigate to the Account landing page.
- Select Message Centre.
- Tap Edit in the upper right of the screen.
- Check each box next to the messages you want to remove. Tap Select All to remove all messages.
- Select the Rubbish icon to delete the messages.
- Confirm your request by tapping Yes, Delete from on the pop-up message.
