FordPass App Features Overview
The FordPass App allows members to access vehicle information right from their smartphone.
Requirements
FordPass is for anyone who would like to create a FordPass Account.
Note: If the Member already has a Ford Account, they can log in using their existing Ford Account username and password.
Key Features
- Access remote commands for vehicles equipped with FordPass Connect which includes:
- Receive important alerts such as recall notifications.
- View your vehicle service history.
- Contact Roadside Assistance.
- Schedule your next service appointment with your preferred Ford Dealer.
- Access a tile/tab for Ford Credit which routes to the Account Manager site.
- Receive real-time assistance from a FordPass Guide via call or chat.
Note: Chat is not available with the release of FordPass 5.X.
