Where can I find password management details FordPass Pro?
Please note that FordPass Pro Guides will not:
- Have access to your password or PIN.
- Have the ability to update/change account information within the FordPass Pro app.
FordPass Pro Password Management
Select from the below options for proper instructions:
Forgot Password
If you cannot remember your password, logged out of your account or there has been an update to FordPass Pro, you will not be able to log in. Use the following steps to receive a temporary password:
- Open the FordPass Pro app.
- Access the Login screen.
- Tap Sign In.
- Select Forgot Password?.
- Enter the email address associated with your FordPass Pro account.
- Tap Send Email to have a temporary password emailed.
- Locate the password email in your inbox.
- In the email, tap the Password Reset link.
- Enter your new password.
- Confirm your password in the respective section.
- Tap Change Password.
Notes:
- You should receive a successful screen and a confirmation email.

Forgot Email Address
If you forgot your email address, please email a Guide for additional assistance.
Did not Receive Email with Temporary Password
If during the reset password process, you did not receive the email with your temporary password, please email a Guide for additional support.
