What is the Stolen Vehicle Services feature in the FordPass App?
Ford has introduced a fully integrated theft recovery solution called Stolen Vehicle Services to prevent car theft and recover stolen vehicles. It uses signals on your vehicle to detect a possible theft. In case of a theft attempt, the system alerts you through FordPass™, which you can then report the incident to the police and the Stolen Vehicle Services call centre.
Important: As of 1st January 2025, we no longer accept new customer subscriptions for the Ford Secure feature in Europe. In December 2025, the Secure feature will be fully decommissioned and no longer available for existing customers.
