Locking and Unlocking a Ford Charge Station

Customers can lock or unlock their Ford charge station using the FordPass App to ensure others are not using your station without your permission.

Important: This feature is only available on the Ford Connected Charge Station.

FordPass Guides Team Handling

Log in to your FordPass App.
Select Energy.
Tap Charge Station.
Tap Settings.
Tap the Lock/Unlock slider and move it:
- To the right to lock your charger.
- To the left to unlock your charger.

Note: The Auto Unlock setting is enabled by default, which automatically unlocks your Charge Station when your vehicle connects.
