What Is Pro Power Onboard?
With Ford Pro Power Onboard, your vehicle can double up as a plug-in power source, without the need for a separate fuel-driven generator. Pro Power Onboard delivers 2.3 kilowatts of exportable energy - so you can plug in electric tools, lights, laptops, passenger entertainment and other devices, all while on the go.

Where are the Pro Power Onboard plugs?
Whether your industry is construction, landscaping, or something else entirely, Pro Power Onboard can connect to almost everything you might need to conduct your business remotely. For example, you can continuously power a 2 kilowatt table saw for over 3 hours, using up only 10 percent of your battery. Laptops and laser printers can also be powered with ease, meaning you can transform your cabin into an on-the-go office.
Where are the Pro Power Onboard plugs?
Your vehicle comes with three Pro Power Onboard sockets. Two in the cargo area (as above), and one in the cabin where the handbrake would typically be. To activate Pro Power Onboard, simply press the button above the sockets. You can also do this via the SYNC 4 touchscreen.
Setup
To avoid range anxiety, Pro Power Onboard will turn off at a ‘remaining range’ set by you, ensuring you have plenty of range left to complete your journey.
