Why am I Receiving Error Codes While Charging?
If you are experiencing error codes while charging your vehicle please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
- Ensure you properly connect the charging equipment.
- Unplug the charging equipment from both the vehicle charge port and the charge station, wall box or outlet.
- If you use the universal home charge cord, check the connector to be sure that it is properly connected into the universal home charger control box.
- If the charging equipment is warm, or in a hot environment, try charging in a cooler area.
