Why am I Receiving Error Codes While Charging?

If you are experiencing error codes while charging your vehicle please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Ensure you properly connect the charging equipment. 
  2. Unplug the charging equipment from both the vehicle charge port and the charge station, wall box or outlet.
  3. If you use the universal home charge cord, check the connector to be sure that it is properly connected into the universal home charger control box.
  4. If the charging equipment is warm, or in a hot environment, try charging in a cooler area.
  5. Try a different outlet or a different connector if you have one available.

If the problem persists, have your vehicle checked by an authorised dealer.
