What should I do if my Phone is not Connecting to Bluetooth in my Ford Electric Explorer?

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  1. If your phone's operating system is not up to date, install any available update(s).
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Delete the vehicle paired connection from phone and the phone pairing from the infotainment system (may not be possible on all radio types).
  4. Reset the infotainment system to factory settings and then restart the vehicle.
  5. Try to reconnect the phone
