Contacts are not Importing with Bluetooth on Ford Electric Explorer
Please try the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:
- Be sure that the contacts do not contain any special characters in the name.
- Reset the infotainment system by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
- Remove the vehicle connection from the phone and then re-pair the phone.
- In your device’s Bluetooth settings, make sure the option is selected to allow contacts to be accessed by the vehicle.
- Try a factory reset on the infotainment system and then re-pair your device.
