Can I use the Wireless Charger in my Ford Electric Explorer if my Phone has a Case on it?

If your phone and case support Qi wireless charging, you can use the wireless charger with the case on.

Before charging, make sure that you remove any foreign objects with metal components, such as coins, from the storage compartment.

To start charging, place your mobile phone flat on the center of the shelf, with the display facing upwards. Unless your case is Qi-compatible, it is recommended that you remove it before charging. The Infotainment system will notify you when the charging process starts and alert you if any foreign objects with metal components are detected in the storage compartment. In such cases, please remove the objects immediately.
