All-Electric Explorer Drive Modes Troubleshooting

Why did the system default to normal mode?

Normal mode is always active when the other drive mode is unavailable for technical reasons

How to find the drive modes when the button is not on upper left corner of the main screen?

Go to main menu and select button Driving Profile or use voice activation.

How to set drive modes as favourites?

On the home screen, press and hold and tile until the adjustment screen opens, you can then select the option you wish to display as a favourite in the top left-hand corner. Please refer to the owners' manual for further information.

How to link the colour of the ambient light to the drive modes?

Go to main menu and select the ambient lighting button , the select the drive modes button .

Why are the parameter settings for the Individual mode limited?

Ford only offers validated and safe combinations of settings.
